How to use GlobalHelp remote control
1. Click the Download Help Desk download link to download GlobalHelp software.
2. When dialog
box opens, select open. Follow instructions and use all the default settings.
2. After download, input rocnred@rocnred.com
into sign-in area when the software is running.
When surf icon appears here,
you are online and ready to recieve help.

Speed depends upon several factors: bandwidth, screen resolution, screen content,
screen colors
• How to boost up speed?
1) Resolution: Change your host
PC resolution to 800x600
2) Colors: If you use java viewer,
click options menu, choose restricted color to Yes. It converts to 16 colors.
(Share desktop must be share, don't change it.)
If you want transfer file between two PC, use window viewer. Click connection
options, uncheck 256 colors. It converts to 16 colors.
3) Encode: higher compression
level, lower image quality.
