or lent to anyone. It stays behind our secure firewall. You
credit card information is behind a secure merchant server and

Custom Computer
PCcomputerhelp Computers Ltd. (“PCcomputerhelp”) limits
the PCcomputerhelp 1/2 year Standard Warranty (“Standard Warranty”)
to the end-purchaser of PCcomputerhelp hardware (PCcomputerhelp
branded Personal Computer also referred to in this document
as “your PCcomputerhelp System" or “hardware”). Hardware
excludes software, peripherals and associated literature and
documentation.
PCcomputerhelp warrants that your PCcomputerhelp System is
free of defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from
the date of delivery.
PCcomputerhelp will either repair or replace (at PCcomputerhelp's
sole discretion) defects in workmanship and materials in your
PCcomputerhelp System which arise during the warranty period.
If applicable, PCcomputerhelp will repair or replace the defective
hardware or component with a new or equivalent part.
You will not be charged for labor or parts
Where defective hardware has been replaced, the removed defective
component becomes the property of PCcomputerhelp.
Should your PCcomputerhelp System require servicing under the terms
of this warranty, the hardware repair or part replacement will
not extend the term of this warranty.
What doesn't this warranty cover?
This warranty doesn't include:
a) The routine replacement of parts due to normal wear and
tear. This includes but is not limited to fans, Lighting, paint
finish (Beyond initial delivery of your computer), manuals,
CD's, and peripherals.
b) Any defect or damage to the hardware attributable in whole
or in part by improper use, abuse, improper handling/installation,
maintenance/repair by any person other than an official authorized
PCcomputerhelp service technician, or the installation of unapproved
parts.
c) Damage caused during shipment is not covered by this warranty
d) Data retention, storage or availability of Data.
In addition, this warranty does not cover any defect or damage
to your PCcomputerhelp System attributable in whole or in part to accident,
unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals and damage
caused by lightning, power surge, brown-out, leaking, or to
connection to a power source having a different rating than
that specified in the your power supply, and motherboard manual.
This warranty also does not cover damage to your PCcomputerhelp System
attributable in whole or in part to: fires, earthquakes, floods,
natural disasters, Acts of terrorism, Acts of vandalism (be
it Electronic, or physical) or Acts of God. In addition, PCcomputerhelp
will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance.
Extent of PCcomputerhelp's liability under this warranty
Once PCcomputerhelp has been notified of a problem, PCcomputerhelp shall be
allowed a reasonable length of time and a reasonable number
of attempts to repair/replace or otherwise correct defective
hardware.
In the event PCcomputerhelp is not able to resolve the problem, PCcomputerhelp's
liability is limited to the replacement of the hardware system,
or at PCcomputerhelp's sole discretion, a refund of the original purchase
price.
Exclusion of Warranty
PCcomputerhelp DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED
FOR IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY
FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS
NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA OR LOST SOFTWARE.
PCcomputerhelp'S LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID
FOR THE PRODUCT THAT WILL BE THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS
THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE. SOME PROVINCES
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION
OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
